Is Mailr cheaper than SendJim?
At typical volumes, yes. SendJim's plans run $99–$599 a month plus credits, and its closest product to a Mailr card — the 5×8 postcard — costs 1.5 credits. At 250 cards a month, every SendJim plan lands north of $2.20 per card fully loaded, from their own published pricing. Mailr has no subscription: you buy prepaid credits and pay only for the cards that mail. Run your own volume through the calculator on this page.
Do Mailr credits expire?
Yes — prepaid credits expire 12 months after purchase and are non-refundable, the same policy SendJim applies to its credits (and OpenAI to its API credits; it's the industry standard). The difference is that Mailr never makes you buy them: there's no subscription pushing a monthly allowance into your account, so you top up only when you have mail to send.
SendJim has more integrations. Why 13?
Count versus depth. SendJim's own support docs list about 18 of its 34 advertised integrations as direct; the rest connect through Zapier. And direct or not, they run one way — contacts sync in and triggers fire mail, with no lead write-back, no revenue sync, and no closed-deal suppression, which is why no attribution can be built on top of them. Every Mailr integration meets one standard: instant webhooks where supported plus an hourly sweep, trigger filters, lead write-back, auto suppression, and revenue sync — connected without field-mapping busywork. The Zapier app and webhooks cover the rest.
Can SendJim show the homeowner their own house?
We found no evidence of per-recipient imagery anywhere in SendJim's site or docs. Its personalization is merge fields — name, address, street name.
Which proves revenue better?
Mailr matches closed deals in your CRM back to mailed homes, splits Direct vs. Indirect, and reports ROAS per campaign. SendJim doesn't advertise an attribution product, and reporting is its weakest-reviewed area.
Where does SendJim actually win?
Product breadth — letters, handwritten cards, gifts, gift cards, texts, and ringless voicemail alongside postcards. The longest CRM integration list: 34 advertised, about 18 direct per their own support docs. And Predictive Targeting on the Pro plan, a real propensity-scoring data product. If those are what you need, SendJim is the right tool.
